Before I spill all my hard-earned strategies, there’s something you need to know about me.

Because if you’re going to listen to me and let me guide you, you need to understand this:

We are NOT an overnight success story. Not even close.

When we launched our trash removal business in 2005, from our first apartment, it was 2 years after graduating from university, we were newlyweds, with a 3-month-old and a second one on the way. We stumbled upon a niche market while working for the family construction business.

By the time of the 2007 housing crash, our small, trash removal hobby had turned into a real business. We incorporated, rented space and threw ourselves completely into running and growing our business.

There were a lot of ups and downs, but over the next 8 years, we added two more children, two mortgages (our home plus a rental property,) expanded our business out of our garage into multiple states, running 50+ crews a day, and grew it to the multiple 7-figure mark. Before we knew it, other small business owners began asking how we were able to “do it all.”

The truth is...we started out doing way too much (as in...working nights and weekends, missing family events and skipping church on Sundays).

Over time, we learned how to delegate, leverage, and grow...without giving up every last second of our life. We had four young kids and decided that we wanted to be present in their lives AND grow an empire so we figured out how to do both.

Today, we own a portfolio of multiple six and seven-figure businesses and we are growing a thriving licensing business all between the hours of 10-3. My mission is to help other small and family-owned Christian business owners navigate through the hurdles of life and business so they can have a God-centered business where they get to serve others, make an impact and earn a consistent income - in less time.
